Following is a link to a Milton Herald profile of Bob Buscemi.  Bob is the City Architect for Milton.  We have a lot of great and hardworking staff at City Hall.  Bob is one of the superstars.  Bob has a real passion for architecture and for Milton.  He understands the original vision of Milton and the desire of Milton citizens to preserve that which makes Milton special.  He understands that the open land that remains in Milton increasingly presents development challenges (e.g., steep slopes).  Accordingly, Bob has been on the forefront of developing sensible and flexible rules/guidelines that preserve Milton’s unique character while protecting property rights.  For example, Bob was the motive force behind regulations to limit the vertical height of homes in Milton.  Such regulations were needed to ensure that homes built on steep slopes adhered to high architectural standards that preserve property values.  Bob is a real asset to the City.  Please take the time to introduce yourself to him and thank him for his contributions to making our City a great place to live.
